Conference registration is now open. Make sure to book before April 15th to avoid the Late Conference Registration fee!

ELO Conference Registration covers receptions, meals, and other conference events. After April 15 2012 a 20% late fee will be applied to the normal registration price. The options for purchase include:

  • 2012 Conference Registration, Students and Non-affiliated Artists: $100.00, Late Registration: $120
  • 2012 Conference Registration: Regular $150.00, Late Registration: $180.00
  • Cooper's Rock Post-Conference Excursion $10.00 

Conference participants must be ELO Members. A full explanation of ELO Membership and benefits is available on the ELO website. ELO Membership options include:

  • Student, part-time, unaffiliated artist ELO Membership $30.00
  • General ELO Membership $50.00
  • Sponsor ELO Membership $100.00
  • Lifetime ELO Membership $2,000.00

You can make your payment using a PayPal account or with a credit card. You can also pay by check, using the guidelines below. Contact us at elit2012 [at] gmail.com with questions.

If you wish to pay by check for your conference registration, make check payableto the order of the Electronic Literature Organization, with the memo line clearly indicating payment for conference registration. Mail the check to:

Note: If paying by check, you will only be considered registered for the conference once we have received the check and it has cleared. You will receive an email from us to indicate that it has been received and processed.
